Main oil executives, policymakers and ministers convene in Abu Dhabi at ADIPEC this week to debate vitality markets because the world grapples with a transition to scrub vitality. It comes simply weeks forward of the COP28 local weather talks, which might be held in Dubai later this 12 months.
